If you encounter an issue that you cannot solve by yourself contact us by email to support @ We are glad to help you out and guide you in the right direction.

You can also call us on weekdays (Mo-Fri) by telephone between 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. Central European Time (CET). Questions to support will be replied within three working days.

Note: only customers with valid maintenance subscription are able to submit support requests, therefore make sure you have registered your license key.

When contacting the support, please be sure to have the following information available:

  • Version of VC software and license
  • Detailed description of your problem (screen shots, error codes)

License Support for existing customers

License support is given to all customers with a valid license. If you encounter problems licensing your software or registering please have a look on the forum in the licensing section. You can also send an email to licensing @ visualcomponents.comNote: We do not answer trial license requests over this email.
