Beginning January 1, 2018, we will no longer provide support for products in the Visual Components 2014 product family. This means we will not be publishing any more service packs and software updates, and our support team will no longer provide technical support for these products. Affected products in the Visual Components 2014 product family include 3DRealize, 3DRealizeR, 3DSimulate, 3DCreate, 3DAutomate, and all add-ons associated with these products.
This change will not affect our support for Visual Components 4.0 products. We will continue to support these products with regular software updates, online resources, and customer support. Customers with active maintenance accounts will continue to receive software upgrades and have access to customer support services.
